2. We contact with an estimated shipping date. The shipping date will be determined by the items availability status.
3. We ship the item and send you a tracking number.
Special Order and In-Stock items
Items marked as In-Stock indicate that the artwork is currently available for purchase, it may be part of an art gallery’s exhibition or on display in the studio. Items marked as Special Order are available for purchase with the exception of delivery times since Special Order items are completed on-demand, following the receipt of an order.
SatuArt.ca accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments for online orders. If you wish to pay via cheque, e-transfers or other methods, please contact us to make arrangements. Item prices are listed in Canadian funds and include sales taxes on the item price.
Shipping and Handling
Prices do not include shipping. You can pick-up your items in person at the studio or art gallery or have it shipped directly. SatuArt.ca ships to anywhere in Canada. International shipping can be arranged, please contact us to learn more.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. If you receive an artwork that has been damaged during shipping, please contact SatuArt.ca at your earliest convenience so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.
